We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada and the United States. Orders below $100 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.

International customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

To return an item, please email us at hello@livingwithcandella.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue store credit once the returned item is received and evaluated.

For exchanges, contact us within 14 days of delivery if you receive a damaged item. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Yes! Check out our collection for all the scent options. You can also customize your own scent by adding your favourite essential or fragrance oil to our Unscented Sand Candle.

Please note that the fragrance from sand candles may not be as strong as regular candles due to the air pockets in the "sand," but it will still fill your room with a lovely aroma!

Yes! Every purchase comes with a set of wicks tailored to the size of your candle. You can also purchase extra wicks here.

For your reference, our Discovery size (100g) burns for approximately 7.5+ hours, while our Classic size (350g) offers 80+ hours of burn time. Please note that actual burn times may vary depending on the environment and wick placement.

You can either dispose both the wax and the wick in a biodegradable bin or break apart the wax and place it underneath a new layer of Sand Candles for reusability.
