Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada and the United States.
- For orders below $100, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Please note that international customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- We only accept refunds for items that are in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. If the item has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return.
- To initiate the refund process, please email us at hello@livingwithcandella.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.Once we receive and evaluate the returned item, we will issue a store credit for www.livingwithcandella.com.
Exchanges
- Our exchange policy applies only to items that are damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@livingwithcandella.com within 14 days of delivery.
- We kindly request that you provide photos of the damaged item to assist us in assessing the situation. Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an order you have already made, please email us at hello@livingwithcandella.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed if the package has already left our facility.
