Shipping

Delivery details
Processing time 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.
Free shipping Complimentary shipping to Canada & the US on orders over $100 CAD. Smaller orders are calculated by location and weight at checkout.
US orders All U.S. orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — duties, import taxes, and customs fees are included at checkout. No surprises at the door.

International Orders outside North America may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Packages returned due to an incorrect address require a re-shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

Store credit issued
Return window Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Item condition Unused and unopened items only.
Refund type Approved returns are issued as store credit. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount.
Return shipping Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service.

Exchanges

Damaged items only
Eligibility Exchanges are offered for damaged items only — received in an unacceptable condition.
Timeframe Report within 14 days of receipt.
Documentation Include clear photos of the damage with your order number — this helps us resolve your case quickly.

Cancellations

Act quickly
Window Email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
Approval Cancellations are subject to approval based on whether your order has already shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
