Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Free Shipping:
- Orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the United States ship free.
- For orders below $100, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
United States Customers (Updated Oct 2025):
All U.S. orders now ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning duties, import taxes, and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout.
You’ll never be asked to pay extra charges upon delivery. Everything is handled upfront, so your order arrives quickly and without surprises.
International Customers:
Orders outside Canada and the United States may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Information:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- If your package is lost in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy
- We only accept refunds for items that are in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. If the item has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return.
- To initiate the refund process, please email us at hello@livingwithcandella.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.Once we receive and evaluate the returned item, we will issue a store credit for www.livingwithcandella.com.
Exchange Policy
- Our exchange policy applies only to items that are damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@livingwithcandella.com within 14 days of delivery.
- We kindly request that you provide photos of the damaged item to assist us in assessing the situation. Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an order you have already made, please email us at hello@livingwithcandella.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed if the package has already left our facility.
